Highwaymen
During a short rest at a camp site, some Soviet soldiers suddenly changed into highwaymen. They brought food and canned goods in order to ask us to exchange them for our watches and fountain pens. They took us Japanese soldiers to no-man's land, and then they suddenly threatened us with guns, pillaged and pushed us. Their wickedness was definitely unbelievable.
