Training Like Foot Soldiers
Although I held a higher rank, I was put through trainings like a foot soldier. In the middle of a cold wind and snow, I had to practice advancing in order to attack straw dummies with real swords. Training on how to use guns, swords, and knives was given a number of times, and was very strict.
